The comic you noted was funny. The sheriff did not get it but now HE is going to get it.

We need a distraction. Where’s Jabberwocky?
I can’t believe that the Sheriff would make such a move unless he was assured of backup, and polearms are a poor match for pistols. I hope Lewis unlocked all of Jane’s restraints.
There were two different versions of this scene where Jabberwocky burst in in various ways and did stuff. Unfortunately, any scene with a dinosaur in it is all about the dinosaur. The big galoots tend to dominate the space. At this point in the story Jane should to be the force for change and not be upstaged by a prehistoric bat.
I believe there are six police officers in the hall and at least that many or more royal guards around the room. So, if events continue as expected it could be an even match. But, when do things ever go as expected in this story? 🙂
