The Sheriff is so mad, that he going to hit and teach Jane a lesson. Oh Bother, he will be surprised.
He’s going to be very sorry he attacked Jane’s mum.
Man, I sure hope that hand can be reattached.

I don’t think he’s gonna be sorry for long. In fact, if he survives this, I’d be surprised.
That’s not the last hand he’s going to be dealt. He’s in for a meeting with The Iron Hand of Retribution.
Also, I think I would’ve titled this page: “Hands off.” But that’s just me.
That was the forearm The former sheriff hit with his saber. Apparently she didn’t have enough time to heal before he yanked on it. The ex-lawman seems to be realizing in quick succession: 1. He drastically underestimated Jane. 2. He had never understood what she really was. And 3. She is horribly dangerous.
I’m looking forward to the story as he continues his voyage of discovery. ^^
The former lawman may be a little slow on #3. He really really doesn’t know what he’s dealing with. The School of hard knocks is about to begin. The next page is one of my favorites!
