I hope you enjoyed the story.
The next volume “Fang, Talon & Steel” will resume on Monday, August 1st. Please pester me with questions, critiques, and favorite parts so I can make the next volume even better. Until then I’ll be working on the script, making fan art and spending time with the family.

Good book. I’m looking forward to more.
Thank you! I’m looking forward to the next one, too. 😀
Aw, she ain’t no monster. Twins, though…
She is a monster. This was all an elaborate ruse so Jane could kick her parents out of the house and live with her new girlfriend. And a handful of orphans and a couple of old bakers.
I guess she did decide to live with the Twins, so…
Oh my. what a poignant ending! I tip my hat to you , Andy!
Considering all the kind of trouble that Jane and Lewis are bound to get into given their feisty natures, they deserve a good breather. Of course I’ll be dying waiting for August!
I know it’s a long ways away, but I want to make sure the next story is as good as I can make it.
So between now and then, will the strip go on hiatus, rerun some old stories or what. With Charlie gone, what will be happening now?
There may be a post here and there, but no real comic pages until August. I have a few OLD gag comics if you you’re interested: ABCs, Farces of Death, and the short Ebeneezer Caesar.
Wow, that is simply gorgeous. I’ll just sit here, looking at it, twiddling my thumbs until august.
Thanks, Hjels. 😀 I’ll do the same.
Keket? The Queen of Darkness? My, what a cheerful conjuration of expectation. It would seem that Anubus may have his way after all.
Ah, you caught that. Mwuahaha. Strange times are ahead. So, basically more of the same.
Man, waiting for the haitus to end is going to be killer, but I understand. After all the work you’ve been doing on this, you’ve earned a break. This last shot is breathtaking and the whole series of events leading up to this has been amazingly well-executed.
Thank you, this high praise indeed coming from you. I still don’t feel comfortable as a writer, so of course my plans for the next round are crazy ambitious. It may fail spectacularly. But, at least it won’t be boring.
A beautiful end to a beautiful debut. Albeit a bittersweet beauty, if Jane becomes a figurative monster as well as a literal one, as the narration hints.
Thank you, Neil. It feels weird having finished this story arc. It was 50% longer than the last volume. Phew! At least now Jane has more allies to help her in the adventures ahead. 🙂
It’s gonna be tough waiting for August 1… But that just gives me multiple excuses to re-read from the beginning! 😀
Believe me, I know waiting it hard. It’ll take me that long to write the next script, design new characters (and monsters) and build up a buffer of pages. So far it’s going well.
Ah, man. I came by here, becaue it’s monday, and I wasn’t thinking.
Are we there yet? Are we ther yet? Are we…
Aww, I’m sorry. Although it is pleasing that this comic is habit forming. I tried adding one of those countdown clocks on the page, but wordpress is being a pain in the ass. At least I didn’t crash the whole site mucking about.
