Once again, building 3D models for select scenery proved very useful. Here’s the basic shape for the school grounds.
The book being read by the teacher, and zapped harmlessly into the students’ brains, is a REAL textbook found in the free Project Gutenberg collection. It was the most boring thing I could find.
In fact, this scene is based on an image by French artist Villemard from one of his 1910 postcards depicting life in the year 2000. You may notice several of his ideas appearing in this comic.

Too easy, huh? It seemed appropriate that a flying-contraption based society would adopt Quiddich as its official sport.

On the other side, what did you use for that 3D model? I was tempted to use the same technique time ago…
I use the free version of SkechUp. Also, be sure to spend an hour or two working through the video tutorials and save yourself a lifetime of frustrations.
